Portrait Potluck
Invite friends and family to your home for a potluck party and free portrait mini-sessions! You and each party guest/family receive 15 minutes of professional portrait time with no session fees and no pressure to buy. Invite from 5 to 15 guest families to participate in a fun and casual environment, where kids are comfortable and happy, and everyone has a free professional portrait sitting. Guests may arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session or stay for the whole event.
All I need is a room with enough space for a backdrop and lights (about 12 square feet of floor space), or an outdoor setting with nice natural light. As host, you set up the times with your guests in 15-minute increments, keep everyone on schedule during the event, collect the orders and payments to return to me, then distribute your guests’ photos.
As a reward for hosting the event, you receive a discount of 20% of the total sales (from all of your guests) to apply to your own portrait purchases. (For example, if the total sales from your guests’ orders is $100, you receive a $20 credit toward your own portrait purchases.)
This is a wonderful event to host with your child's playgroup, with your neighbors, or before the holidays!
